While Kristin Olsen voted to close Parks and park restrooms because they didn't have any money, they sure found EXTRA money when it came to covering their mistakes is planning the Bus Garage.  Can you imagine the cost over runs when it's being built when it cost Modesto over an extra third just for the plans.

We have to many insiders on the council it's time to send a message of "NO MORE" will we tolerate campaign contributions in exchange for votes favoring special interests.

Our nation is littered with stories of well intentioned laws, passed for the protection of society, that later backfired by sparking abuses which entrapped innocent people. The elected leadership in our country, often responding directly to protest groups and special interests, passes laws to influence society in one way or another, but rarely consider the possible unintended consequences of those laws. The political will to protect or promote something is rarely tempered by the patience and political will needed to moderate new laws to protect the rights of society at large. This was the case with our current domestic violence laws.

In these United States, every woman can carry a baby full term. There are no laws that dictate the number of children a family can have in our Country. Some Country's have just that. So Kudos to America on that one, I say.

Not only can every woman carry full term but we have programs that provide complete medical attention during the pregnancy and programs that help to insure the mother and the children are properly nourished after the birth and medical care continues to be provided also.

My confusion is this. I don't understand why it's said some Americans are anti-life when everyone I know favors the woman's complete right to carry full term along with the necessities for good health.

Can someone give me just one example where a woman in the United States, was court ordered (forced) to not carry a pregnancy full term?
