Let's hear it for Cherry Cobbler

A old and dear friend of my mentioned that May 17th is National Cherry Cobbler Day and she did so knowing it would bring back some yummy memories of warm gooey cobbler from my youth.
So in celebration of National Cherry Cobbler Day and to satisfy my craving, I headed to the Web to find a recipe. I found a multitude of cherry delights and after deciding I wasn't keen on pitting a bunch of cherries, settled on a recipe that uses frozen ones.
