Worm Tongue and Java The Hut:

Together They Shall Lead You To Rightousness

Mick Prescott, former Stanislaus County Sheriff’s deputy was on the Morning Mayor show this last Friday. Didn’t get to hear too much from him though, since Carmen Sabatino and his co-host Emerson Drake hammed up the show in spite of their special guest. So, to label this particular episode as a Mick Prescott interview would not really work, since for the most part, Mick was silenced by the two live bully crew and not really given much of an opportunity to present his platform except for a couple of small spots in the middle of the grueling two hour show.

So, since I invested my time in hopes of hearing Micky Prescott discuss his brother, Craig Prescott, the family and the current legal entanglements of the Stanislaus County DA and Sheriff’s department and basically getting “shafted” by Java the Hut and the Worm Tongue, I will now provide the following labeling content that makes me certain that this show still has value and can be also described as reasons listening to the entire 2 hour grueling segment was not a complete waste of time. For the most part.

Highlights that are informative, interesting and would lean one to check their own facts:

1. Emerson Drake broke away from his marijuana brownie induced euphoric giddiness to break down accurately and cohesively how the Stanislaus County Jail has become similar to other State prisons through their drug/gang criminal structure. Very interesting indeed and something I hope Mr. Drake will sometime take the time to further pursue.

2. Carmen Sabatino lectured his mentally captured audience again with the Pat McGrath demonization tale. But this time with the added caveat of possible slander (at least it wasn’t a waitress this time) – Pat McGrath, according to Java, is currently practicing law without a license. Apparently an individual approached the Java “frightened” and “afraid for his safety” from the wrath of McGrath – the Crime Dog. McGrath had formed an LLC for him and is currently listed on the Secretary of State website as being the place of service for the LLC registration (where you would file any lawsuits against the LLS). That the McGrath Crime Dog is extorting this individual to allow McGrath to collect money on his behalf. I should get McGrath on my show and see what he has to say about this – I will call him today.

3. Porn, the library, National Geographic and you. Drake reported that in the past, photographers for National Geographic would violate the Federation of Planet’s primary directive and directly interfere in their culture by throwing their subjects loin cloths. Since the show does not have a prepared outline of any type, it is easy to understand why the conversation quickly dissolved into the “ether” via a brief report of the personals of CraigsList.com being used for the purposes of prostitution.

4. Carmen Sabatino revealed the power posess by the McClatchy Pravda Bee, in that they had shut down his eatery downtown, but although Modesto Bee employees are forbidden to enter the premises of his current establishment, this time, he is surviving in spite of that.

5. Reading several letters to the editor in the Bee, Worm Tongue crossed the line again and brought the Modesto Hive to it’s full credit (despite Craig Prescott’s brother sitting there the whole time just waiting to speak) – and went on to reference a blog by title and forewent the author. It was a two-fer really, not only did he succeed in marginalizing the author of the Hive blog as a bigot, he went on to marginalize what to many may arguably be one of the greatest literary creators in American literature – Mark Twain. Eager, so eager to slam the Hiver – you could hear it in his forced breath, breadth and voice – he completely marginalized a third element of “the news” regarding Twain, by failing to mention the century forestalled release of Twain’s controversial memoirs.

6. Sabatino brought up a bit of ancient history that is currently haunting us now – though coming short of being able to explain what NAZI Joe Muratore’s motives and plans are – he does eloquently state that “Muratore has declared war on the homeless”. He mentions, almost in passing, that the La Loma Neighborhood Association was established in the year 2000 as a private security company and that they became an “Association” in 2006 with the lynch-pin being “security”. Ok……My sources tell me that the La Loma Neighborhood Association was founded actually many more years ago as an actual “Homeowners Association” but you know, whatever.

7. Needle Exchange. They don’t even know when the next court date is – March 1st 2011 – for Trabuzio and Robinson. Yes, there are actually two defendants. No brainer? Probably for those that are in a hurry to bring you the same news every day.

It’s too cold for an ICEE. Besides, the MPD would probably shoot you if you went to a 7-11 – You know “Avoid the 12” – Listen to the Morning Mayor instead – it’s still a brain freeze.

I listened to the Friday show, I couldn't be there. I thought it was a good show. Did you get to listen Wayne?

Sometimes we all can't be in the chat room everyday, but I know this, their true listeners do catch up.

We enjoy listening to Mickey and seeing him in the chat room. Even though it has been hard for this family, Mickey sure can make us laugh at times. That is good to see.

I know one thing too Wayne they are grateful for all the notes you did keep.

P.S. Also maybe Mickey needed to get something to the guys or just even stopped by, because he was in the area. Is it any of our business why? Doesn't matter to me, just glad he had a chance to stay a bit and say a few things. :)

No, I haven't listened to the show yet, I always catch up to the shows I missed on the weekend. Fridays show was the only one I missed. I usually listen to the daily shows during the evening if I miss it in the day.

I like Mickey on the show, wish he could speak more about the case & current subjects with the local news when there is more time.

I had hoped Marilyn Prescott would also have a Blog Talk Radio show with Mickey Prescott, they could also have guest call in.

Even if it were only once a week I would still listen to their show.

The Morning Mayor show always keeps the case up to date. We all thank them for that and they address other issues related.

10 hourse a week every week is not an easy task to take on - I'm just ribbing them here. Certainly not detracting anyone from listening - just the opposite.

Though both of them are so thin skinned, I am sure there will be some price to pay for exercising my first amendment.

I don't know if they, the Prescott's at this time could do a weekly show. They are very busy.

Oh Emerson!! Haha!! LOL!!! But I really do think this is a great idea!

It seems to me Wayne you might of missed quite a few of the shows. Marilyn and Mickey have spoke a lot on the Mayor show.

I really enjoy them and Martha. Mike is another gentlemen too. I really enjoy listening to DeMartini too. Sometimes I think that Board keeps him in the loop. But one thing if he doesn't know it, he does get on it.

The posts are great for letting the "challenged" know what happening, before our eyes. Modesto is not the preserve for some as the Modesto City Council condones, Ridenour is a disgrace but I am grateful for his idiot brother, just made a concept expressed poorly in 2004 easier, that the conceptual which many arguments are based don't need hugh explanations but objective obervation and review.

Ever need a guest irritant, I usually can hold my own, we (St Joe's) may have blessed the squad cars and the Police I suspect that people of similar beliefs would not accept that which I can exhibit, if not "challenged" it as clear as anything else and much clearer than my posts.

I could not find the archive since the shows are not tagged, but I am sure I am up to date on the information just wished more information could have gotten to the public before the sheriff stopped the information from getting out.

There's more information I am looking into which I will not mention here.
