Coaches Comments Not Accurate in the Sierra vs Oakdale Game!!!

Talking to sources that will remain nameless, the Oakdale coach was quoted in the Bee, "The officials let the emotion get the better of them, Merzon felt, and entered the game with an agenda." 

With the spot light on officials in all sports today, having an agenda is something  I believe the officials did not have going into the game. Give me a break. It's so easy to make the officials the scape goat.

Coach Merzon also was quoted as saying, "the officials read the paper, they read that, and they come in here looking for that." This was reference to the Sierra coach citing a helmet to helmet hit in the prior weeks game.

I can only write from understanding that officials are trained to be aware of this type of dangerous hit. I'm sure they did not read the paper on this issue.

Last, the celebration penalty. I was informed it was "chest bumping" not hugging. The way it was written in the paper can only favor the coach's opinion when in fact it could have been communicated to the coach differently.

From reading the paper, there were some key plays by Sierra that turned the game for them. The interception for a 93 yard touchdown, Oakdale fumbling the 3rd qtr kickoff and Sierra scoring on it, and the three out of four field goals made by the kicker.

Forum Postings Reflect a True Picture of the Game!

I read postings on the Forum and there was one person who was at the game and stated that the penalities were justified. He also said the game was well played by the players.  Unfortunately, the Oakdale fans did not see the game that way. Losing brings out the ugliness in people.  Always looking to blame some else for their short comings.

It was cited that the fans made unsportman like comments following the game about the officiating.  Let's throw a flag on that.  That will be 15 yards and a loss of down.

I'm glad the opinion of this person pointed out that the sports writer article was one sided.  Sounds like the sports writer was for Oakdale.  Once again, the interception (7) points and the fumble recovery and score by Sierra (7) points and the three made field goals (9) points was the difference.  That's (23) points Oakdale allowed.  The officials did not have anything to do with that.

I've already pointed out how the coach behaved.

ok here is the difference between the west and edison game and the oakdale seirra game with officials.

WEST/EDISON GAME IT WAS A CLEAR MISTAKE FROM THE OFFICIALS WHO LISTEN TO THE ANNOUNCER.

2) FOUR OUT OF FIVE SAW WHAT HAPPEN ONE DUCK AND FAILED TO SEE THE BALL GO OVER.

3)THE (R) WHO HAD THE BEST VIEW CAUSE HE WAS BEHIND THE KICKER FAILED TO STEP UP AND OVER RULE THE (HL)

4) DIDNT NEED TO HAVE A 5 MINUTE HUDDLE ON THIS, ALL THAT DID WAS MADE IT WORSE ON THE CALL.

5) YES, THIS IS WHY REF ARE IN THE SPOT LIGHT THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH JUDGEMENT OK THIS WAS PLAIN AS DAY OK THE MESS UP.

NOW FOR SEIRRA/OAKDALE

FIRST THIS WAS A GREAT GAME BY BOTH TEAMS ALL CALLS WERE MADE BY JUDGEMENT FROM OFFICIALS.

OAKDALE HAD THERE CHANCES BUT FAILED TO DO ANYTHING WHEN THEY HAD THE BALL.

TURNOVERS WILL HUANT YOU IN A BIG GAME SUCH AS THE ONE FRIDAY NIGHT.

THE ONLY THING I SAW WAS THE COACH FROM OAKDALE RUNNING OUT LIKE HE WAS ON FIRE. THAT ALONE IS JUDGEMENT AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU ME THE FANS CAN DO ABOUT IT. SHOULD OF HE BEEN FLAG WELL BY RULE YES DEPENDING ON WHY HE RAN OUT.

LOSING COACHES WILL MAKE EXCUSES AND FIND A WAY TO SELL THE MEDIA AND FANS HOW THEY LOST. 

HERE IS THE REAL DEAL BOTH TEAMS PLAYED A GREAT GAME BUT OAKDALE LOST OK FOLKS. MAN UP COACH AND ACCEPT THE LOST AND NO STATE CHAMPIONSHIP FOR YOU. WELCOME TO FOOTBALL AT IT BEST

DO BLAME THE REFS FOR TOUROVERS , MISCUES, LATE HITS, OFF SIDES, MISS FIELD GOALS, FUMBULES, ROUTE PATTERNS YOUR KIDS MISS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ON THE SAME PAGE.

Pardon as I vomit

Any sports team out of Oakdale is taineted from the evnets concerning Mr Potrero november 07, 2007. This Mike tozzi supported team as many who follow the deceit of this appointed gestapo like arbitrere tothe Court know violated the california constitution when ceeding proprty at Atkley circle as aan Oakdale, excuse the vomit agian, as it has been confrmed by the State these are christian afterschool Programs, and tozzi is a LIAR and and aLIAR and this Court should not take him or his inept staff at thier word they are inherently dishonest and because this court gave him authority it is their responsibility to remove him fro that positon of trust.

But the Tozzi is a brazen jerk and punk anyone who can defend his actions are a nothing but mindless fools.
