County Board Supervisor says Adam Christianson Didn’t Lobby Him!

Heard some interesting news regarding the SO a couple days ago. It is big news too.  Unfortunately, I'm not able to oblige yet.  Be patient as it will become public shortly.

Listening to the Supervisor told me that.  He mislead the Bee badly. But does the Bee care is the question.

I am looking forward to the truth coming out about what prompted the lawsuits.

I have to applaud Supervisor Demartini for speaking the truth about AC's untruthful statements to the Bee.

Demartini,  the chairman of the board, said he never had that conversation AC- that AC didn't want to settle the lawsuit and wanted to take the ladies to the mat.

Yeah right...

And Demartini's statement that the County would not have paid out hundreds of thousands of dollars if they didn't believe there was some liability.  Wow!

That just proves what the ladies have said since day 1!!!!

DeMartini also stated that Christianson's statement's to the Bee jeopardized the settlement agreement.

Yes...he does confirm that they would not have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars if they did not think there was liablity.

The Ladies stood up for themselves and made the SO administration and the County accountable for how they were treated.

Each and every one of these women and their family's had to go through stalking by investigator's and have personal files from years back scrutinized

They have been spied on from unauthorized personell. They went through a nightmare because of those who should have never been in the department in the first place.

INTEGRITY,HONESTY,AND SERVANTS OF THE CITIZENS IS LONG GONE BY THEM.

I have been in contact with the women.

They are very greatful for all of the support you and others have given them here on the Hive.

They are getting lots of calls and letters from people wishing them well and congratulating them.

Its over for them for right now, but we know how it is they will still be fighting the corruption for years on.

When they apply for a job or go to school, this will always effect them.

DeMartini had no reason to lie, but Adam does. This is just another item of proof of the corruption that exists in our Sheriff. All I can say is if Adam is re-elected then the residents of Stanislaus County deserve him.

And I doubt if it was for the first time.

I believe as the truth comes out about Christianson...and it does almost everytime he opens his mouth.

We will be set free from his leadership.

There are so many people who have contact with Christianson that know exactly what he is about.

They will not be sitting quietly while he is running for re-election.

The other lawsuits will be making an even bigger impact on the County and we the tax payers....from all that I hear.

DeMartini also confirmed this.

He lies to them and they don't ask anyone else about it.  Some might call this political cover for a candidate of their choice.

DeMartini stated that the Sheriff's Office does not participate in the County's Sexual Harassment Training.

The SO does it's own training.

DeMartini logically stated that maybe there is a problem with the SO training.

That could be...does anyone know who is responsible for the training?

Does the administration participate?

How about work place harassment in general...who trains the SO employees?

With all of the lawsuits being generated....I agree with DeMartini.

However...if the administration does not follow it's own policy....even the best training can be undermined.

My guess is a combination of both...what do you think?

I'm not trying to push the show, but many here won't believe it until they hear the Supervisor say it.

DeMartini begins in the second hour half way thru the show. 

He believes the lawsuits were justified.  

He believes there's a problem in the way the Sheriff's Deparment is being run.

And he says point blank the Adam Christianson didn't lobby him regarding anything to do with this lawsuit let a lone anything about taking it to the mat.

Adam Christianson lied and the Supervisor calls him on it.

I really took offense to Christianson's words about taking the women to the mat.

But now...every time I hear Christianson's words about taking the women to the mat....I get this visual.

A large 1000lb gorilla standing on a mat with three tiny minority females pulling it from under him.

Did I mention Bill Heyne is clinging to Christianson's back?

Heyne is having a hard time holding on....it is almost as if Christianson is trying to shrug him off!

Kudos to the women for standing up for their rights when being attacked.

I think nowadays she's a little busy getting her private law practice going a bit busier  ... maybe she see's the end of her career at the sheriff's office after the election in June 2010.

I have been hearing complaints for years about why she is even working at the SO. 

If she has been advising Christianson and Heyne...are they not listening?

I remember it was Weidman who wanted his own advisor...because Wasden had one.

the Academy and how he had brought it back from ruin about a year in a half ago.

I do not remember if it was on his video or on one of his written Sheriff's statements.

Maybe the SO can cut the top heavy Admin down to pre Christianson days and come up with the money to keep it open.

I have heard plenty of complaints about Area Commanders on top of Chief's on top of Admin Lt's on top of Patrol Lt's...etc.

Last election ac was handing out promises of promotions and positions that he made up out of thin air for anyone who would support him.

What is he going to do this time when since the cupboard is bare and there is no money to spare?

Don't forget the PIO guy he hired recently.     Remember the one that retired from CHP, and now works for adam as a "reserve"....   if they start laying off reserves.. they better start with the MOST recent reserves.

I keep wondering, why did this PIO/ former CHP officer leave his position with the state?

He was poised for greatness and word on the street was that he thought of running for sheriff last time around.

Tom considered running for Sheriff; however, Les Weidman and Adam had made a deal after Les got pissed at Mark for running the Department properly, (without Les's input on who to promote) after Les's departure.  so Tom backed off and endorsed Adam.  in addittion, Tom did a Saturday morning "law enforcement" radio show on KFIV 1310 AM with Doug Ridenour, Adam's Campaign Manager at the time.  So I'm sure Doug told him to step back from running, they got it handled with the Les Weidman deal.  Tom backed off and all of the sudden after Adam's election, Tom got hired by Adam at the Sheriff Department.  He will probably get 2 full retirements.  IDK, the retirement package from State and County have something to do with it, I'm sure. 

I believe Tom was instrumental in the thrashing of Mark Puthuff by a few brass in the CHP after the highly publicized CHP Officer death on Hwy. 99.  IMHO the CHP used the death of the officer as a political tool for Adam since Tom talked them in to endorsing Adam.  In other words, Tom told Adam, "look what I can do" ... for you. 

So anyway, Les aligned himself with the 3 Chubby Pinnochios, Adam, Doug and Tom....  and vica verca.

I remember his silly canned radio show. No wonder people think all people in L/E are heafty, heaving drinking, meat and spuds, ego maniacs. He must fit right in at the S.O.

I agree with PNP, Killian needs watching. I also agree with Shamott that when the layoffs hit, Killian needs to be the first to go to save someone's job. I would also suggest to save money so a young deputy sheriff can continue to protect the community and support their family that Adam fire Bill Heyne, not replace him leaving the position vacant. But then again, this is just my own opinion.

Let me say this... you are so silly..... adam doesn't run the place...all he does is continually run for office..thats all he's ever done the last 3 years.  

Thats the problem at the department... nobody is really leading the place to make it something other than a "litigation creation pool".....

You don't say/ it's not the only "cover-up" perpetrated by this organzation.

The local group knows of and condones the theft of funds from a Youth Athletic program but because there are so many who particpate, we cannot question why there is such disparity between what they received from federal and State funds, and that which they segregated 1997-1999 and the checks issued do not match up. Bad press I suppose.

The BEE has a short memory but I have all the information, shame lies with Dan Day only after a filing...right.
