Are Muratore and Perine Being Backed by the same Special Interests Represented by Petrulakis, Madison and Zagaris?
There seems to be no doubt. We have already examined Joe Muratore's claim that most of his money came from $100 donations. Unfortunately for Joe his claim failed the math test. Less than 14% of his money came from those $100 donations.
Jeff Perine after seeing how well it went for Dave Geer decided to take $500 dollars from the Sacramento BIA or Building Industry Association who is fronted locally by Steve D. Madison.
Now what's interesting about this turn of events is that Joe Muratore, in a campaign video that can still be seen, declared that it's TIME TO LOWER BUILDER FEES.
Now Steve D. Madison spoke in front of the city council just a short time ago and speaking for himself and the BIA, said he would seek to lower BUILDERS FEES
Now that Jeff Perine has taken developer money(not for the first time) will he come out in favor of LOWERING BUILDING FEES?
What ties all of this together you ask...?
Well remember the Village I debacle? It all started when our beloved city council lowered the builders fee and never got around to raising them.
That act cost th City of MODESTO, meaning you and me, between 60 and 100 MILLION DOLLARS.
We already have enough developers shills on the city council do we want MORE?
I don't think so... WE can't afford it.

One developer scheme that I looked up this year, it has cost the tax payers $10,000,000. dollars.
The checks written out to developers real close with MURATORE and even his partners. HOW MUCH WAS JOE'S CUT.?
We heard the developers cry that the city of Modesto is not friendly to developers................yet when the citizens are losing city services they payed for and many city employee's laid off. Suddenly the city coffers are flush with developer money.
I see it close to $50 million yet available to developers.
What a lie, and KRISTIN OLSEN was part of this voting to give developers money yet also votes to lay-off police at a time when crime is rising fast.
Is it Time to Lower Builders Fees? I Don't Think So
Watch out for Steve D. Madison to address the Council about lowering fees. He already said he was going to.
Wait didn't the BIA(Building Industry Association) just donate some money to council candidates?

Voters of District 2 should know the positions of Dave Geer, the Chamber of Commerce& the local Republican party are the following
•WE don't want Mexicans(although we were born here they still don't believe we're American) running for office. (The white supremacist rationale)
•Against the Annexation of County Islands unless north development happens first. (The Petrulakis approach)
•MPD and SO sweeps of children and parents that are illegal aliens (the Tom Tancredo Answer)
•A Border fence with Mexico (Glen Beck Solution)
•English Only especially on Crowslanding and Paradise Roads (Lou Dobbs reason))
*Selective law enforcement by using Belt Check DUI Checkpoints in Latino areas like at 6-10 AM in the Beverly area(The Rush Limbaugh raison d'être)
•Allowing wild dog packs to run free around schools like Shackleford, (The Michael Savage rationale)
Remember what this group has given us in the past No curbs, sidewalks, gutters, bad water, failing septic tanks, No streetlights, flooded streets, & bad pothole filled roads. Just to name a few.
Here is what developers can do during election time

It's time for voters to have their say and throw the bums out

districts voting to work, thats why it is so important that hispanics get elected to the Modesto City Council.........as many don't know South Modesto Just got annexed which is good, but I believe it all will be commercial, and maybe a crumb for "affordable housing"
And what about the citizens?
A developer's map design of dividing up the districts was selected to be the new electorial districts for the Modesto City Council. That map designer is Ryan Swehla........Joe Muratore's business partner. I am sure their was a lot of experts hired to make sure the tide of voters would vote for Muratore.
This was all planned out years in Advance, yes I know "wayne knock it off !"
