Excellent attorney!!! I believe Burris is representing the family of the young man that was shot and killed by the BART officer- terrible situation.

I've seen Burris on CNN and other major news networks. So, yes, I'm sure he will have the ear of any news sources he wants!!!  And they will listen...

Perhaps corruption in Stanislaus County is about to be exposed on the national level!!! I think Burris is  one who will do this!

I have no idea why she was fired and I won't even begin to speculate. 

And I will also not speculate on this lawsuit regarding  alleged sexual harassment that supposedly occured while she was off duty at a strip club.

What I will do is speculate that Adam Christianson and his admin staff did the right thing when they fired this employee.  Of course that is just speculation and the opinion of a lot of  sheriff department employees.

I say this because the last woman which filed a lawsuit against the sheriff, you and two other SO insiders said the same thing about that women, who filed a case.

I can think of two female deputies with their "images" on cell phones who were talked about during that same time period.

Ms. Sarmas is not one of them.

I do not think that Attorney John Burris would be representing Ms. Sarmas if he felt Christianson had done the right thing.

Lawsuits they have filed in the past, maybe you need to ask in the lawsuits they filed before did they lose the cases and did they perjur themselves.?

I see it as a case by case basis, as a jury would see it ,anything other than that is a smear campaign against the victims.

Call in the FBI  hive members have asked for that all year, it will never happen.

But just brace yourself. It may be 6 lawsuits under lack-luster leadership.

You might learn something, ask yourself why would it be about money ? think about that. Now put yourself or somebody in the womens position she got raped in front of others or in a room.............rape is rape.

Who can she turn to for help, since she is part of the L/E she is now being treated like a snitch for turning in the guy that raped her, and he is a L/E officer..........no charges, no arrests,.....she has no choice but to file a suit to get justice.  Very sad our sheriff did not go through the process in making an arrest on this guy.

I can guarantee anyone else would have been arrested just on the accusation alone.......it pays to work for L/E or related and commit a crime you automatically get a pass. very sad for her.

You stand behind a person you have met twice and has not one kind word to say about you behind closed doors.

How long before you turn any information you get over to the Sheriff's office?  Or people end up driving past their house or knocking on their door?
