Apply law enforcement standards currently used for alcohol. This would save money in not having to chase drug dealers and generate huge revenues."

Here's a true story:
Submitted by Malcolmkyle on Thu, 2009-11-12 03:43.Jesus decided that a few disciples would return to earth and fetch a sample of each drug, so they could understand what these substances did.
Shortly after the operation is implemented, the disciples begin to return. Jesus, waiting at the door, lets in each disciple: "Who is it?" "It's Mark" Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring Mark?" "Marijuana from Colombia" "Very well son, come in and spark up a fat one!"
Another soft knock is heard. This time it's Matthew. Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring Matthew?" "Cocaine from Bolivia" "Very well son, come in and chop us a few lines!"
Then Peter returns. Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring Peter?" "Magic Mushrooms from Hawaii" "Very well son, come in and share them out!"
Next It's John" Jesus opens the door. "What did you bring John?" "Crack from New York" "Very well son, come in and give us all a good hit!"

It's your money,
