POLL; What is your favorite "Linduh-ism"?

With so many classic stock comebacks such as Pfffft and LOL we have a lot to choose from. So how about it Hivers, what is your favorite deflect and evade witticism?

Remember, your not just limited to what she posts here, you may also use the stanko slimesider, Turlock Journal, or any other site she has posted to.

Please, just one submission per person.

I'll tally up the votes on Sunday sometime after 5 PM.

I cast my vote for "I'm not at all interested in debating", a true classic.

Where in the Constitution does it bestow rights upon the individual to live in a drug free society?

Activist1 now claims it is her "inalienable right" as guaranteed in the Constitution of the United States of America to keep marijuana illegal. I have yet to find the pertinent passage alluding to her assertion.

My challenge to all Hivers on both sides of the issue is to show me that this "inalienable right" does indeed exist, or conversely, that the present prohibition on personal marijuana use is in itself unconstitutional.

Of course Linda will not be able to defend her position, as usual. She will chime in with an insulting/hateful comment claiming there is nothing to debate, again, as usual. Expect her comments too include pfffft, LOL, and the ever popular "you legalizers".

How about it Hivers, what are your thoughts on this?

What can the Feds do when California legalizes Marijuana?

With the welcome prospect of legal Marijuana looming on Californias horizon perhaps we should be asking ourselves what the Federal Governments response will be. We all know that Big Brother isn't going to take legalization lying down, and will likely want to make an example out of California to discourage other states from following our lead. But really, just what can the Feds do?

They could withhold Federal Funds from the state until we come into compliance with Federal law. If they follow such a course though it could bring on the next Great Depression, withholding funds from the largest economy in the Nation would cripple Californias economy, and that in turn would pretty much ensure that the rest of the Nation would start circling the economic drain with us. Does President Obama really want to go down in history as the next Herbert Hoover? Not likely, so withholding funds would not be at the top of his "to do" list.

Sunil Aggerwal, a man deserving our admiration

Marijuana has long been classified as a dangerous drug with no medical benefits. But thanks in part to the work of a University of Washington medical student, a major medical association this week urged the federal government to reconsider.

"It's a huge shift on medical ideology," said Sunil Aggarwal, who's been studying the medical uses of marijuana for 10 years. "It's something I've been dreaming of since I was an undergraduate and found out that marijuana wasn't a horribly dangerous thing."

It's time to rein in the lawyers

Part of the problem...a large part...of our present legal system lays squarely with the lawyers. Anyone with enough money can literally get away with murder...just ask OJ.

Major drug dealers...with nearly unlimited funds...are thumbing there noses at law abiding society...buying innocent verdicts as easily as they cross the border with there lethal narcotics. The rich...movie stars...athletes..musicians...feel that they are above the law. They are...as long as they can unfairly manipulate the system to there advantage!

It's time to revisit Three Strikes laws

As has been pointed out by the liberal legalizer crowd on The Hive, the United States has more prisoners per capita than any other nation on earth...more than even nations like North Korea, China, or the Soviet Union. Three Strikes laws seem to have little deterent value for the most hardcore of our felons...something new must be tried. At an average cost of $35,000 per year per felon we simply cannot afford to keep locking Three Strikers up for life...a cost that will bankrupt this once moral and great nation. It's time to "man up" and do what we should have done long ago...Three Strikes and your out...out of time on this earth! We need to raise the penalty to a capitol offense...rather than feed, clothe, shelter, and provide medical care to those who wish to wage war on society through there deviant behavior...we need to eliminate them. We need to streamline the process and carry out the executions in a swift and timely fashion.

The druggie legalizers are at it again!

Once more the druggie legalizer crowd attack with another barrage of there lies, choosing to not see the self evident truth right in front of there faces! Blind to all that does not fit with there myopic point of view...like a blind old man...like a latter day Mr. McGoo...they are willing to drive this once moral and great nation off the precipice of ruination.

In a fine article JAY AMBROSE lays out the reasons for continuing our valiant fight against narcotics and the McGoo's respond with there usual legalizer propaganda and mis-direction. More myopic McGoo lies!
